He was predeceased by: his parents, Cayce Harold, Sr. and Lucy Celone Head Phillips; his wives, Betty Jean Nowell Phillips and Claudia Dolores Phillips; and his daughter Debra Phillips.
He is survived by: his sons, Andy Phillips (Cathy) and Paul Phillips; his stepchildren, Franklin Allen Aldridge, Joseph Allen Aldridge, Geraldine, Randy Moates, Beverly Louise Aldridge, Renee and Chris McLendon; his siblings, John David Phillips, Raymond Phillips, Dorothy Copeland, Grace Long (Frank), Reba Scott, Ruby Aldridge (Max) and Cynthia Sellers (Royce); and his siblings-in-law, Lisa Nowell, Catherine Moore (Mercer), Sandra Walls and Elder Clayton Nowell (Nancy). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
