She was predeceased by: her parents, George and Marjorie Erwin, Sr.; her husband Johnnie Woolsey; and her sisters, Emilie Smith and Loretta Chavers.
She is survived by: her daughter Laura; her son-in-law Ron Little of Ellaville; her brother George; her sister-in-law Eloise Erwin of Americus; her sister Mary Sue; her brother-in-law Donnie Collins of Americus; and her grandchildren, Josh Worth, Whitney Worth, Jake Little and Morgan Little. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
