He is survived by: his wife Melva Murton; his children, Cindy Brockelman, Harold "Butch" Murton and Brenda Norris; and his siblings, Madeline Duncan of Oak Ridge, Sarah Murton of Ravenna, Carl Singleton of Rootstown, Liz Bolster of Hancock, Nancy Howard, Steve Howard of Pembroke, Carl Murton of Ravenna, George Murton and Mary Lou Murton of Brunswick. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, 19 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
