He is survived by: his wife Loreace Jackson Miller; his siblings, Joseph L. Miller (Debbie), Carolyn Holland (Mark) and Diane Webb; and his children, Stephen Rowe (Angel), Mitchell Rowe, Tammy Waller (Oscar) and Lisa Moone (Lee). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
