She was predeceased by: her parents, Luke Miles and Eloise Bland Miles; her husband Heber Johnson; her daughter Brenda Scott; and her brother Elliot Miles.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Cook (Jeff) and Gary Johnson; her grandchildren, Dana Travis (Terry) and Christina Rybin (Daniil); and her sister Minnie Stokes (Margie). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
