She was predeceased by: her husband Jack B. Fowler, Sr.; her son Victor H. Fowler; and her granddaughter Brittany S. Fowler. She is survived by: her children, Jack B. Fowler, Jr. (Angela) and Margaret Lindsey Fowler Edwards (Mark); her grandchildren, Victoria Coulter (Michael), Keith Fowler, Craig Fowler (Tiffany) and Timothy Jackson Fowler; and her great grandchildren, Troy Fowler, Kayle Fowler, Baine Fowler, Roman Fowler, Karsyn Fowler and Kathleen Coulter.
