He is survived by: his parents, John "Rocky" Monroe Meeks, Jr. and Carol White; his fiancée Amanda Collins; his children, Mason, Tucker Meeks and Layton Collins; his siblings, Ryan Meeks (Megan), Taylor Meeks, Amy Jacobs and Mary-ann Jacobs; his grandparents, Donna and Johnnie White; and his aunts and uncles, Janet (Billy Boggs), Wendy White, Brenda (John Sanchez), Kim (Roy Powell), Connie (Stan Turlington), Bonnie (Josh Reyna) and Tonya Simmons. He is also survived by nephew, many cousins, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the parents have set up an account at SunTrust Bank to help out Johnny's family , emotional loss is hard enough without the financial stress.
