He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Provost and Nora Whol Provost; and his wife Myrtle Lowery Provost. He is survived by: his children, Jerry Provost, Jr. (Tina Marie Provost) of Brooklet, Gary (Lori Provost), Tina Louise Provost of Tuscaloosa, AL and Terry Sims of Black Creek. He is also survived by six grandchildren and many other family members.
