He is survived by: his grandmother Christine Altman; his son Thomas Page; the mother of his children Michelle Page; his stepparents, Jane Page (Greg Brock) and Fred Page, Jr. (Christie Page); his brothers, John Page and Chase Page; his grandchildren, Alayna Page and Alec Page; his wife Suzanne; his pets, Rufus and Susie Q.; and also Astacia Page. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
