She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carlos Mock and Eva Esther Morris Mock; her husband Robert Leon Neal, Sr.; her son Robert Leon Neal, Jr.; and her siblings, John Carlos "Buddy" Mock, Jr., Billy Leifler and Carlene Mock.
She is survived by: her children, Victor "Vic" Neal of Stilson and Jennifer Neal of Bulloch County; her grandchildren, Ronald Neal, Ersilia Neal, Austin Neal, Robbie Neal and Matthew Neal; and her great grandchildren, Chloe Gately, Cali Gately, Moriah Neal, Keana Neal and Dimitri Apollo Neal.
