Kohler; his children, Chance Riccio (Paige), Richard Neely (Jesse), Jamie Hagins (Ashley), Tiffany Riccio (Dustin), Katie Neely (Jason) and Brie Fickbohm; his grandchildren, Anora of Grayson, Cayson, Cole, Jaida, Raelynn, Kaiden, Deveon and Charli Beth; his sisters, Donna Flagg (Matt) and Michele Flora (Ed); and his stepsiblings, Carl Kohler and Donna Craig.
