He was predeceased by: his father Phillip Fitzgerald; and his brother-in-law Mark Ashley Wheeles. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Fitzgerald of Ellabell, GA; his children, Brian Fitzgerald (Heather), Jessica Anthony (Tim), Matthew Fitzgerald (Meredith), Brandon Fitzgerald (Ashley), Faith Fitzgerald and Heather Fitzgerald; his mother Alicia Fitzgerald; his brothers, Patrick Fitzgerald of Augusta, GA and Mark Irwin of Statesboro, GA; his grandchildren, Judah Anthony and Anden Anthony of Warner Robins, GA; his parent-in-law Sue; and his spouse Carloyn Fitzgerald.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for financial contributions to help cover the cost of medical and end-of-life expenses, checks may be made payable to Carolyn Fitzgerald, 7321 Hwy. 119 S., Ellabell, GA 31308.
