He is survived by: his wife Jane Willard Perfect of Elko; his children, Laurie Chandler (Bill) of Lawrenceville, Matthew Perfect (Judy) of Elko and Danny Perfect (Candace) of Elko; and his siblings, Charlee Duke of Elko and Leo Perfect (Margaret) of Unadilla.
