He is survived by: his wife Rosa Marie Hubbard; his children, Jacqueline Harper (Morty), David Hubbard (LaTonya Hill), Darin Rucker and Crystal Williams; and his siblings, John Hubbard (Frances), Rev. Clinton Hubbard (Carole), Lonnie C. Hubbard (Patricia), Bobby Hubbard (Belinda), Walter Hubbard (Carolyn), Michael Hubbard, Harold Hubbard, Lula Fleming, Jannie Bailey (John), Mary Kimbro and Jackie Nuckles (Johnny). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
Social distance and facemasks are required to attend the service.
