Phelps (Shamaya) of Athens, GA; her siblings, Corrie Phelps, Sr. of Athens, GA, Rena Fortson of Elberton, GA, Joshalyn Brawner of Hartwell, GA, Jaqueline Willis (Ben Jr.) of Elberton, GA, Betty Phelps-Potts of Loganville, GA, Cynthia Kelley (Paul) of Elberton, GA, Dallas Phelps (Janice) of Savannah, GA and James Phelps (Leann) of Hartwell, GA; her sister-in-law Linda Phelps of Athens, GA; her granddaughter Karmyn A'yanna "Miss Kay" Phelps of Athens, GA; her uncle Leslie Davis (Lola) of Elberton, GA; her aunt Marian Moss of Savannah, GA; and her close friends, Crystal Dubose of Athens, GA, Kawya Hulin of Lavonia, GA, Salneva Davis of Elberton, GA. and Deborah Freeman of Elberton, GA.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
