We are sad to announce that on April 4, 2022, at the age of 60, Walter Norman Grimes Jr. (Elberton, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sam, Kathryn Walters Grimes, Harlan and Anna Ashcraft Marion. He is survived by: his parents, Walter Norman Grimes, Sr. and Joyce Alene Marion Grimes; his sister Cathie Stowers (Terry); his nephew Jake Stowers (Miranda); his niece Jaime Stowers; his great-niece Ryleigh Stowers; his nephew Briley (Maisie Jenkins); and his aunts, Lavern Preston of Medford and Amanda Keaton of Kelso. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorials may be made in his memory to St. Jude's Hospital or to the Elberton Library.
