He was predeceased by: his parents, Veal Martin Brown and Bera Carlton Brown; his former wife Margaret 'Joanne Walters Brown; his son Mitchell Lee Brown; and his sister Sara Frances Andrews.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Williams Lloyd; his siblings, Geraldine, David Haynes of Arlington, TX, Carolyn Clamp of Elberton, Martin and Nancy Brown of Elberton; his daughter Elaine (Tommy Eavenson); his stepchildren, Kim, Cindy Lloyd of Lavonia, Jenny, David McDade of Douglasville, Kerry, Koy Lloyd of Nicholson, Renee and Eric Berryman of Hull; and his grandchildren, Jay, Megan Brown of Sugar Hill, Kristen Brown of Atlanta, Jesse Brown of Dallas, Katie Brown of California and Matt Easom of Elberton. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; ten step-grandchildren; seven step-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
