He was predeceased by: his father Tommy Derald Mills. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Jones Nagel of Elberton; his daughter Addyson Scarborough (Reed); his stepfather John; his grandchildren, Saylor Scarborough and Nori Scarborough; his close friend Ana Bates; and his sisters, Shandon McAlarney (Todd) and Cherie Johnson (Rod). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
