She was predeceased by: her mother Sharon Elaine Drinkard; and her grandmother Janie Lee Drinkard. She is survived by: her husband Pierce Mize; her son Jamal Gaines; her sibling Laprel Partlow; her aunts, Sarah Blackwell and Brenda Fortson; and her uncle John Drinkard.
