He is survived by: his partner Shirley Moulder; his children, Ted Steven Williams of Hull, Byron Keith Williams of New Market, TN, Gregory Kim, Tammy Hobbs of Franklin Springs and Tonya Black Boggs of Anderson; his siblings, Betty Ann of Bowman, Harold Parker of Bowman, Herron of Bowman and Kathy Williams of Bowman; and his sister-in-law Linda Williams of Bowman. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
