He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Neal Adams and Doris Guynell Bennett Adams; and his sister Robin Adams McNair. He is survived by: his close friend Anne Marie Sorrow Adams; his great grandchildren, Barrett McCarty, Stetson McCarty and Blaise Beard; his siblings-in-law, Sheri and Mitchell Lewis of Marietta, Georgia; and also, Darla, Melissa Fleming (John) of Hartwell, Ryan Adams (Jennifer) of Winterville, Jamie Keenan (Kory) of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Miranda McCarty (Ty), Sydney Fleming, Parker Adams (Kelsea), Emily Adams, Kyla Keenan, Walt Eaves, Darby Valmeo, Allison Keenan, Trinity Keenan and James Keenan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
