She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Clark Harper and Bobbie Lee Webb Harper. She is survived by: her cousin Mike Webb (Glenda).
Due to COVID-19, a private graveside service will be held in Forest Hills Memorial Park with the Rev. Gary Purvis officiating.
