It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Rucker of Elberton, Georgia, who passed away on November 7, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Norris Rucker; her children, Quadricus Perrin, Ontario Perrin, Jo'Travious Ardister, Jo'Shea Ardister, Tiffany Harlad and Brittany Harland; and her siblings, Anthony White, Sharon DuBose, Nelcenia Jones and Johnnie Ann Perrin. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
