He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Wayne Powers and Katherine Powers. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Marie Wilson Powers; and his children, Sandra Marie Ehrig of Elberton, GA, Bruce Evans of Elberton, GA, Vanessa Sandifer of Shady Spring and Rhonda Crook of Oxford, GA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
