With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Bussard of Elberton, Georgia, who passed away on March 28, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Robert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Woodrow Bussard Sr. and Lucille Grant Bussard; and his sister Helen Condon. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Trammell Bussard; his daughter Lori Chaney of West Virginia; his sister Mary Lee Brahnam of Maryland; his grandchildren, Abagail Rose Riddler and Mollie Marie Chaney; and his great grandchildren, McKenzie Fyke, Bryson Riddler and Dax Riddler.
