It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reba Ruth Webb Willingham (Elberton, Georgia), who passed away on July 3, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Cleaven Webb and Emma Lou Pare Webb; her husband Tim; her daughter Rebecca; and her sister Louise.
She is survived by: her daughter Julie Hill of Danielsville; and her grandson Heath. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
