She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Cleveland "Bob" Higginbotham; her parents, Henry Lindsey Scoggins and Flora Williams Scoggins; and her siblings, Jimmy Scoggins, Sybil Hall, Mary Frances Strawhorne, Billy Scoggins, Alvin Scoggins, Marion Scoggins and Mildred Scoggins.
She is survived by: her son Robert Mark; her daughter-in-law Lisa McCall Higginbotham of Elberton, GA; her granddaughter Lauren Taylor Higginbotham of Colbert, GA; and her sister Jackie Brown of Abbeville, SC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
