He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bernice "Barney" Swilling and Arietta Rebecca Moon Swilling; his wife Cynthia Lynn Simmons Swilling; and his siblings, Judy Bonds, Linda McAnespy and James Swilling.
He is survived by: his son Duggar; his daughter-in-law Joanna Swilling; his daughter Stephanie Swilling; his grandchildren, Logan Peters, Casey Peters, Aaiden Swilling, Parker Adams, Emily Adams and Maddox Swilling; and his great-nephew Zier Swilling. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
