He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Fannin and Bill Fannin; and his brother William "Sonny" Fannin. He is survived by: his wife Diane Estes Fannin; his children, Phillip Hobbs (Danielle), Tripp McKenney (Lisa), Coleman Fannin (Jordan) and Jennifer Locke; and his grandchildren, Ashley Hobbs, Ben Hobbs, Abigail Hobbs, Cora Fannin and Hutch Fannin.
