He is survived by: his wife Sylvia L. Willis; his children, Sylvia Elaine Tate and Lorette Jackson; and his half-sister Carrie Williams. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
