She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Williams and Sylvia Ruth "Tommie" Black Smith; her children, Norman Blackmon and Lisa Jane Blackmon; and her sisters, Connie Black and Yvonne Leverett.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Ronald "Ronnie" Blackmon, Jr. and Lori Blackmon Seymour; and her grandchildren, Carrie Blackmon, Kattie Blackmon, Laney Blackmon, Olivia Blackmon, Joshua Burden (Kayla), Samuel Burden (MaryAnna), Megan McAnespy, David Blackmon, Tiffany Blackmon, Alecia Brownlee (Marquavious), Avery Lunsford (Tessa), Logan Vickery and Colby McGuffin. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
