With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marylan Hewell Kohl of Elberton, Georgia, born in Gillsville, Georgia, who passed away on December 15, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Randy Kohl; her parents, Jack Howard Hewell and Kathleen Griffin Hewell; and her siblings, Joe, Bobby, Jimmy, Helen and Priscilla.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Kohl (Pam), Kathy Kohl and Lisa Kohl Blackmon; her grandchildren, Jenny Barefoot (Brian), Alissa Harley (Anthony), Nikolaus Kohl, Ashley Blackmon, Taylor Bonds (Logan), Sydney Blackmon and Dillon Blackmon; her great grandchildren, Bella, Rollins, Makayla, Anthony, Carolyn and Zachary; and her siblings, Johnny, Milton, Steve, Tony Hewell, Vivian O'Kelley and Margaret Ivester.
