She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Dayton Kurtz, Sr.; her parents, Harold Hubbard and Theresa Hubbard; and her daughter Gail Kurtz Boram. She is survived by: her daughter Janet; her son-in-law Billy Crosby of Hayesville; her children, Nancy Maloney of St. Petersburg, Florida and Dayton; and her daughter-in-law Kathy Kurtz of Elberton. She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
