She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Brantley McIntosh, Sr. and Jonell Lovinggood McIntosh; and her son Charles Woodfin "Chip" Case, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Christopher Ryan Case, Corey Clifford Case of Elberton and Chris of Elberton; her daughters-in-law, Lorraine Case of Grovetown and Samantha Case of Elberton; and her siblings, Priscilla, Mike Mills of Elberton, Brantley and Vee McIntosh of Dewy Rose. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
