He was predeceased by: his parents, David Harper Sr. and Bertha Mae Cleveland Harper. He is survived by: his aunts and uncles, Francis Allen, Lucille Stribling, Elder James Allen and Willie Loraine of Knoxville, TN.; his sister-in-law Brenda Lee Harper; and his close friend Lexus Bryant. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
