He is survived by: his wife Gloria Laverne Evans of Elberton; his children, Gloria Routh (Donny) of Midway, Luther Evans, Jr. (Amy) of Elberton, Mandy Bastyr (Chris) of Elberton and Brandy Scoggins (Brent) of Elberton; his siblings, Caldon Webb (Homer) of Elberton, Larry Evans (Yvonne) of Elberton, Preston Evans (Debbie) of Tignall, Bonnie Lovett of Greenwood, Steve Evans (Kim) of Fortsonia and Wynna Burt (Randy) of Carlton; and his grandchildren, Chris Routh, Andy Routh (Kristen), Chris Evans (Kimberly), Matt Evans (Brianna), Nick Evans (Macy), Josh Evans, Rebecca Bastyr, Justin Bastyr, Robert Scoggins and Savannah Scoggins.
