She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Austin "Butch" Mills; her parents, Wallace D. Harper, Sr. and Marie Nash Harper; and her parents-in-law, Hugh "Hiball" and Ruth Burton Mills.
She is survived by: her children, Hueston and Denise Mills; her grandchildren, Justin, Scott Trego of Kissimmee, FL, Derek Mills of Elberton, Brock Mills, Felicia Kinard of Cochran and Savannah Dove of Elberton; her great grandchildren, Brantley, Savanna, Clinton and Kylie; and her siblings-in-law, Sandra of Elberton, Ray Yeargin of Elberton, Galen of Elberton, Judy Mills of Elberton, Wallace, Tommy and Cindy. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
