She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin William "Benny" Wilson and Alter Belle Massey Wilson; her former husband James Milton Compton; and her daughter Sonja Mae Williams. She is survived by: her stepmother Ethel Wilson of Virginia; her husband Charles Peter "Charlie" Kistler; her daughters, Allison Lynn Woodall (Andy) of Dewy Rose, Melanie Ann Glenn (Greg) of Rayle and Keri Lynn Heun of Iowa; and her siblings, Jake William Wilson of Comer, Elizabeth Laverne Youngblood of Elberton, Sheila Ann Atkins of Cornelia and Dennis James Wilson of Comer. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
The family will receive friends at Berry Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 27, from 6:00-8:00p.m.
