He is survived by: his wife Mychael Hood; his daughters, Adrian Hood and Susan Hill (Roy); his stepdaughters, Briana Mattison, Gabrielle Bryant and Camillya Bryant; his siblings, Early Frank Hood (Teresa), Ronnie Hood (Mildred), Robbie L. Powers, JoAnn Hood and Emma Thornton; his grandchildren, Stetravis Echols, Brianna Hood, Manesha Rucker, Lenesha Rucker, Dyami Bryant, Jayden Austin and Mikayla Bryant; and his siblings-in-law, Frank Mattison (Naomi), Charles Mattison (Patricia) and Beverlyn Hardy. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
