He is survived by: his wife Renee York McCullough; his children, Brandon McCullough (Lori), Hannah Thompson (Barry), Clint McCullough and Jessie McCullough; his sister Mary Jane Hendrickson (Dan); his brother-in-law Steve York (Erica); and his grandchildren, Reece, Leila, Charleigh, Lane and Elliot.
