He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dixon Rucker and Eva Bradford Rucker. He is survived by: his wife Martha Fowler Rucker; his children, Brandon Rucker of Statham, GA, Aaron Fowler of Elberton, GA and Megan Rucker of Elberton, GA; his brothers, William Rucker of Bowman, GA and David Rucker of McConnells, SC; and his aunt Beth Harrison. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
