She is survived by: her husband Thomas Andrew "Terry" Johnson, Jr.; her children, Amy Melissa Adams Teasley of Tignall and William Anthony Adams of Elberton; her sister Sharon of Hiawassee; her grandchildren, Kayla, LeeLou, Austin, Courtney, Cassidy, Caylee and Colton; and her great grandchildren, Michael, O'Hara and Chance.
