She was predeceased by : her parents, Eulus Queen and Peggy Voyles Queen; her son Robert Preston Adams, Jr.; and her grandson Chance. She is survived by : her husband Thomas Andrew "Terry" Johnson, Jr.; her children, Amy Melissa Adams Teasley of Tignall and William Anthony Adams of Elberton; her sister Sharon of Hiawassee; her grandchildren, Kayla, LeeLou, Austin, Courtney, Cassidy, Caylee and Colton; and her great grandchildren, Michael, O'Hara and Chance.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Berry Funeral Home (1265 Washington Hwy, Elberton, GA 30635). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
