She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Spivey and Kathleen Spivey; and her husband Don. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Anthony (Michael) of Atlanta, GA and Grayson Cavaliere (Brian) of Nashville, TN; her siblings, Jane Anderson of Savannah, GA and Jerry Spivey (Connie) of Elberton, GA; and her granddaughter Charlotte. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
