It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Clark Payne (Elberton, Georgia), born in Franklin, Georgia, who passed away on August 16, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Clark and Gwendolyn Hicks Clark; and her husband Charles Payne. She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Peeples; her stepchildren, Deborah Flurer, Buddy, Terry and Mike; and her sister Mary Davis. She is also survived by two nephews; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
