He is survived by: his wife Sarah Nell Drake Loyd; his daughters, Cynthia (Sammy Johanson) and Stephanie Loyd of Colbert, GA; and his sisters, Linda (George Adams) and Alice Thornton of Canon, GA. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
