He is survived by: his siblings, Cornell Mattox and Shelia Willingham; and his children, Caroyln Willingham-Durham, McKenny Willingham, DeVon Willingham, Jermaine Willingham, Corvades Willingham, Matthew Davis, Phillip Dubose and Denise Chisholm. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
