He is survived by: his wife Linda Jane Webb Banks; his children, Karey of Elberton, Michael Coombs of Elberton, Stephen of Elberton and Kathy Banks of Elberton; and his grandchildren, Turner Banks, Allie Cohen, Eliza, Colin Glover, Emily Cohen, Dalton Cohen, Brooks Banks and Ellie Coombs.
