He was loved and cherished by many people including: his adoptive father Felix Alexander Jackson; his wife Sarah Rucker Jackson; his parents, Carl Dubose and Willie Lee Burton Jackson; his siblings, Mary Jane Harper, George Allen Jackson, Georgia Mae Holland, Felix Jackson, Jr., Robert Lee Jackson, Willie Lorraine Addison and Johnny Jackson; his children, Mike Fleming, Janie Cooper and Maxine Gresham; his niece Stacie Walton; his children, ZeNobie Jackson, Mary Joyce Harper, Dorothy Bonds, Joann Fleming, George Fleming, Wayne Fleming, Brenda Fleming and Belinda Fleming; his sisters, Shelia Fortson (Claude) and Bernice Wilkerson; his close friend Mary Ella Fleming; and his nephews, Statravious Jackson and Victor Mathis. He was also cherished by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
