He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Maxwell Byrum of Hartwell, GA, Cheryl Maxwell Morris of Hartwell, GA and Kim Maxwell Head of Toccoa, GA; and his brother Billy Maxwell of Hartwell, GA. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
