She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Jackson "Jack" Mills and Ruth Lurleen Chandler Mills; and her siblings, J. C. Mills, Frances Sherard and Bobby Mills.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Wallace Ruff, Sr. of Elberton and Debbie Jean Ruff Bare (Kevin) of Elberton; her siblings, Doris Blevins of Anderson, SC, Vera, George Carroll of Elberton and Ray Mills of Elberton; her sisters-in-law, Joyce Mills of Elberton, Peggy Greenway of Elberton, Janet Ruff of Elberton, Theresa of Elberton and W. D. Albertson of Elberton; and her grandchildren, Bryan, Darlene Acker, John, Breanna Acker, Randall, Tiffanie Ruff, Paul, Eden Acker, Megan, Barry Bryant, Martin Ruff and Brooke Young. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and one great-great-grandchild.
